Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on sealed products, loose packs, RTYH packs, or Support Packs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages:

HyperbolicTCG is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Preorders (if applicable):

Preorders are non-refundable.

In rare cases where a preorder cannot be fulfilled due to supplier allocation or error, a full refund will be issued automatically.
